We process your personal data on the ground of necessity for consideration of your employment application; for the steps necessary for you to enter employment with Gleeful Support with respect to the processing activities such as recruitment assessment, tax calculation and criminal history checks, paying salaries and arranging employee benefits.

We may process your Personal Data during and after the recruitment and hiring process. This may include collecting, recording, storing, using, transmitting it, updating/amending, consolidating, destroying and, in some circumstances, disclosing your Personal Data.

Remote Use of Webcams in the Recruitment Process during the recruitment process we may use webcam both for live web-streaming of sessions with interviewers and to record remote interviews and sessions for later review. This eases the communication process and enables a swifter and more flexible process with some of the early stages being conducted at your own convenience, recordings being sent for later review by the recruitment team.It is your choice whether to consent to activate your webcam for these recruitment purposes and by turning on your camera you are giving your consent. If you do not choose to consent to use of the webcam you can still be considered as an applicant. However, it may not be possible to use the full flexibility of the video based remote interviewing process.

We process your personal data on the ground of necessity for consideration of your subscription to our blog updates/newsletters and direct marketing.
On the basis of your consent granted through ticking the relevant tick box, you agree that your personal data may be used for the purposes of keeping you informed of every new blog post, direct marketing and sending newsletters containing information of special offers or new products and services.
How we process your Personal Data for resume creation.
We process your personal data on the ground of necessity for consideration the creation of your resume. From the personal data provided by you, we will create a CV, Cover letter or Personal website with the graphic design of your choice.

Gleeful Support processes in particular the following categories of your personal data:
Title, name, surname, address of permanent residence, delivery address, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, age, marital status, information on the education, achieved degrees, courses attended, lectures, certificates or licenses, information on the membership in associations or organisations, language skills, information on former professional experience or practice, hobbies, picture, payment details, IP address, location and other data provided by you voluntarily when you use our services (i.e., when creating your CV, Cover letter or Personal resume).

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Gleeful Support does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Accordingly, children under the age of 16 may only use the service with the permission and supervision of their parents or an adult guardian.
